Responsibilities:

  • Manage advertising media development and pop up projects from early design/concept to installation.
  • Lead the communication between all involved parties as the project manager in charge of capex, schedule, logistics, design & fabrication and installation
  • Lead communication with contractors and vendors to negotiate costs, technical aspects and schedule
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities to achieve on time submissions and approval
  • Critically review all submissions and documents with safety as a priority
  • Maintain clear and close monitoring and reporting to management and authorities.
  • Proactively support activities of relevant departments to ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, company procedures as well as regulatory requirements
  • Take part in administrative tasks for smooth completion of projects
  • Achieve close cooperation with operation and safety teams before and after handover of the projects
  • Assist in overseeing and coordinating the tasks and organization of the project team
  • Ensure regulars reviews and proper delivery of all projects
  • Review working and filing procedures, suggest and implement organizational improvements

Requirements:

  • Master Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering discipline(s)
  • Min 5 years working experience in engineering and technical industries with project management related and team management experience
  • PMP certification and electrical engineering specialization are a plus.
  • Solid technical background to take part in and challenge design, cost and logistics aspects
  • Comfortable to review and discuss technical/manufacturing drawings and electrical layouts
  • Ability to use Autocad software and Gantt charts scheduling
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good command of written and communication skills in both English and Cantonese
  • Irregular working hours and holiday may be necessary
  • Ability to work independently and pro-actively with enforced attention to safety and quality, strong sense of responsibility
  • Teamwork spirit, organized
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
