We have established a community of talents from across the tech world, ranging from developers, designers and digital marketers to operations managers and sales leaders. We continuously expand this network by organizing events, producing content, supporting digital transformation and talent mobility, building an adaptive talent workforce, and encouraging the world’s best to help build Silicon Valley in Asia.

To date, GetLinks has been involved over 130 events, reaching out to over 200,000 attendees region-wide. GetLinks organised Asia’s first startup job festival, endorsed by Thailand and Vietnam’s Ministry of Science and Technology. We also hosted Asia’s biggest online job festival, GetLinks Online Tech City. We are themain organiser of Drinkentrepreneursin Asia, hosting tech startup networking events in 15 different countries. Our client is a data-driven media commerce company based in Hong Kong, with the vision of creating a new media commerce ecosystem. Our client comprises a broad portfolio of market-leading digital media brands, boasting operations in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, India, Korea and Malaysia.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage an internal team to make sure all the ad placement related tasks are executed smoothly under different ad-serving platforms (Google Ad Manager (DFP), Facebook Ad Manager, AdMob, Google Ads, 3rd Party Network Portals, etc)
  • Manage day-to-day advertising partners’ relationships; provide exceptional client service to advertising partners included but not limited to Agency, Ad Network and other Platforms
  • Maintain pre and post-launch QA process for all advertising campaign execution and ad tag integration, assuring that all materials meet creative specs, and are tracked properly by both internal and external parties
  • Cooperate with internal team to deliver display, social and video ad campaigns by executing and implementing client campaigns to ensure accurate delivery
  • Cooperate with programmatic partners to enhance our inhouse products
  • Be responsible for the initiation, planning and execution of projects based on business goals. 
  • Be responsible for managing the company’s websites/APPs traffic growth and monetizations
  • Manage DFP Revenue Growth included but not limited to Display Ad (Direct client and PMP deals), Agency partners, 3rd party ad networks and affiliate partners
  • Conduct advertising campaign review regularly and suggest action plans for on-going campaign strategy in both planning, execution and reporting
  • Define and analyse metrics that determine the success of a campaign including A/B testing
  • Prepare revenue report regularly (Display Ad, PMP deals, Ad Networks and more) to management team, and provide analysis and insight that might impact strategic direction
  • Be responsible for building our programmatic advertising businesses
  • Be responsible for providing google adwords and GDN optimisations consulting to clients 
  • Provide accurate and complete trafficking instructions to the Ops team to ensure 100% on-time campaign implementation and delivery
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of management of our Advertising product and building up a product function around this area


Job Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of digital advertising experience, with experience in executing display/social ad campaigns, developing media plans, negotiating with Ad Networks and executing programmatic campaigns.
  • Due to the data-driven nature of these products, you’ll be expected to be very comfortable working with data to derive insight into both user behaviours and ad product performance
  • Solid experience in Google Ad Manager (DFP), Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in managing Ad Waterfalls, Open Bidding and Floor pricing on ad network partners
  • Experience in both Web and APP Ad monetization
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure and deadline
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to quickly analyse data across variety of data sources
  • Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin
  • Knowledge in HTML/JavaScript/SQL is a plus
