Responsibilities: 

l   Leads and manage the team to support Direct Channels Project

l   Coordinate with relevant parties to identify business needs. Driving process

l   changes and implementation of process re-engineering across Product, IT, Risk and Compliance operations.

l   Lead the team to prepare project proposal, review function design specification, UAT, compile user manual and arrange user training.

l   Allocate sufficient resources to perform User Acceptance Test and ensure progress on schedule.

l   Monitor the User Acceptance Test to ensure the system development as defined in the User Requirement & Functional Specification.

l   Monitor the production check verification to ensure the wellness of system implementation.

Requirements:

l   University graduate or above with minimum 4 -8 years of banking experience in project management Familiar with retail banking products & Call Centre systems/operations.

l   Strong in project management & negotiation skills.

l   Strong Product, System & Operation sense.

l   Very customer focus when working with internal customers.
