Job Summary

Ensure change initiatives meeting the company strategies and project objectives. Manage expectation and resistance of changes. Drive the adoption of internal operation / front-line supporting team.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead change management activities by applying a structured change management process and tools
  • Identify internal and external customers’ expectations. Study business processes, identify improvement opportunities and gaps
  • Assess business impacts as well as provide assessment results and propose a target operating model / alternate solutions
  • Lead Business Analysts and work closely with different Subject Matter Experts to provide business requirements for system developments
  • Provide documentation requirements and support the design and development
  • Identify training needs and deliver training programs
  • Prepare the management reports and present the project status to the project stakeholders regularly

 

Job Requirements

  • University graduate with over 10 year experience in change management. With solid work experience in managing key change initiatives in Insurance industry is preferable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate using Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Business acumen with a customer centric mind
  • Solid organizational skills and able to work independently under pressure and ambiguous situation
  • Change management certificate is a plus
