Description

  • Plan and mediate the upcoming time-line for C&I agenda within the Asia region and adhering the company practice in execution
  • Participate in the regional committee and actively engage in the existing network within C&I
  • Executive and lead the regional activities and C&I groups
  • Plan and draft a structured work-flow that can be sustainable for the regional groups and committee; lay out policies that can assist various project time line
  • Initiate and independently execute on different regional projects
  • Draft out a detailed time-line for the upcoming C&I initiatives for the region and provide a detailed mapping of current stakeholders and communication channel
  • Maintain the key person within the regional group and communicate efficiently between stakeholders
  • Outline a measurement framework for the purpose of monitoring progress and report any updates; utilising internal resources
  • Contribute with internal knowledge to Asia regional group and drive initiatives
  • To leverage on key account relationships with internal network and external account with the committee and drive opportunity
  • Provide internal C&I information to external request from the Asia region

Profile

  • Ability to navigate at all altitudes across the organisation, utilising strategic insight, excellent project management skills, and the ability to get things done with a sense of urgency
  • Experience in C&I experience in a management capacity with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective strategies, HR consulting experience an advantage
  • A strong track record of influencing, inspiring team members and coaching in the areas of C&I
  • Fluent English verbal and written skills is essential
