Project Manager, Digital (Ref.: COBL-HPL-PMD)

Reporting to Associate Digital Director, this position will be responsible for overseeing client service and project management of all digital advertising for and


Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage both account servicing and project management team on in-house and sales digital project for all development activities.
  • Assist team members to solve any project issues faced.
  • Work closely with other functional units to meet with projects’ needs.
  • Perform day-to-day management of all phases of the project including requirements gathering, design, development, test, and deployment.
  • Prioritize resources among multiple concurrent projects with tight and changing schedule.
  • Review and manage all changes to the requirements from the start to the end of projects.
  • Monitor progress of project to ensure the project delivery on time.
  • Supervise the execution from digital campaign and video production, launching and post-campaign reports & analysis.
  • Communicate with management to provide project status and analysis of project performance.

 Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, communication, advertising or information management
  • At least 5 years working experience in project management and/or client service from digital industry, preferably in digital/ creative agency or online portals.
  • Experience in executing the best practices and workflow of digital project and video production
  • Knowledge of managing the Google DFP and other third party ad serving platforms, like sizmek is a plus.
  • Knowledge of online advertising and digital campaign.
  • Able to handle ad hoc campaigns, mediating various requests with strong problem solving drive.
  • Excellent client service, digital project management and team management skill
  • Attention to details and good at analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
