Senior Citizen Home Safety Association (SCHSA) is one of the most established social enterprises in Hong Kong with a self-funded operating model and charity status. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life of the elderly by facilitating home-based living. We leverage technology to offer people-centric services through innovation. We provide 24/7 support through our Call and Care Service (平安鐘服務), a call-based emergency assistance and personal care service designed for the elderly community in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Define work plan, project tasks and allocate resources in an efficient and effective manner
  • Work closely with all partners and clarify requirements before proposing appropriate strategies
  • Control and monitor the project deliverable to ensure work progress and results are matched with the scope of work
  • Prepare proposals, project pitching, client presentation and maintain good client relationships
  • Able to manage and coordinate well within teams, external partners and vendors
  • To take up duties or projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience with elderly service or project management is preferred
  • Degree holder in Project Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service, problem solving and people management skills.
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Strong servicing attitude, flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
  • Work well under pressure when handling multiple projects with different stakeholders
