Project Officer / Senior Project Officer - Sales & Marketing Dept.

Requirements:

• University Graduates in any disciplines
• 2-3 year Sales and Marketing experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
• Good knowledge on New Product Development process
• Strong in Project Management with marketing sense
• Independent, logical, creative and detail-oriented
• Able to tackle problems in positive way
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Literate in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese WP
• Good team player
• Pleasant personality, self-motivated and proactive
• Willing travel to China & overseas occasionally
• Candidates will be offered as senior position depending on qualifications & experience

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with both internal and external parties on New Project with respect to Technical and Commercial aspects.
• Plan for new product launch initiatives from Design to Manufacturing
• Co-operate with customers to define the Project Cost and Milestone, Capacity Plan, Tool Approval Plan, Quality Control Plan, and Production Ramp-up Plan
• Follow up customers approval on engineering samples and manufacturing processes
• Ensure smooth production ramp-up by monitoring the design/ quality control/ and material activities
• Organize & handle daily sales & marketing activities
