Project Officer/Store Planning Executive (Retail) @$30K
Responsibilities:
- Assist to handle drafting floors plans and 3D (Studio Max) rendering
- Assist the Store Project manager in planning, coordination, organization and quality controls for store design and constructions to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor the construction progress, execution of works to ensure the works can be completed within the required time, budget and quality.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with contractors, and the design team to meet the brand requirements
Requirement:
- Education in Interior Design or Architecture or Engineering or related discipline
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in retail industry
- Detail minded, able to identify issues and problems solver
- Ability in 3DMax/Sketchup/AutoCAD
