Qualification & Requirements:

 

  • Higher Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years working experience, with experience in building services contract is advantageous.  
  • Good knowledge in general contract administration and quantity surveying skills is essential.
  • Proactive, work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

 

Candidates with less experience will be considered as “Quantity Surveyor”.
