Your responsibilities

  • Promote system sales by turkey project approach to identified customers, end-users, key stakeholders
  • Support the sales team with explaining the business benefits of the proposed systems during customer negotiation.
  • Responsible for selecting & suggesting the right architecture to ensure all lighting systems comply & provide required features, performances & benefits.
  • Responsible to coordinate & manage all phases of Signify Lighting proposal process
  • Develop quotation, include the solution design, focus on managing risks and liabilities during proposal development; support end user sales professional to negotiate contracts with customers
  • Take over from proposal management and lead flawless execution of customer project, from customer order till customer final acceptance on time and on budget.
  • Establish and implement the delivery plans and strategies for successful proposal delivery in line with end Customer
  • Responsible to ensure all stage gates are passed with adherence to the customer project process and to the approved project plan (Project Execution Plan).

 

We are looking for

  • Degree holder in Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 5-8 years’ proven experience in professional sales with project management experience in a fast-paced technology industry
  • At least 3 years’ experience in of strong of quota achievement presenting systems and services to key accounts
  • Experience with system architecture in all segments
  • An understanding of project business and complex sales cycles at a strategic level
  • An understanding of technology, software and connectivity domains including the benefits of maximum energy efficiency, data sharing, predictive resource delivery, platforms for services and integrated resource management
  • Good analytic, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; Good spoken & written English; and Fluency in Cantonese
  • Attentive to details; Creative thinking; and able to work under pressure.
