To cope with the continuous business expansion of the Company, we invite talented and professional candidate to join our growing team:

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate for the procurement of services / materials / equipment
  • Monitor / coordinate repair & maintenance work, improvement projects, interior fitting out work / reinstatement work.
  • Monitor the standards of maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties
  • Provide administrative support, such as property management, maintenance and renovation work
  • Prepare the report on timely basis
  • Carry out onsite inspection regularly
  • Participate in any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Property management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, with knowledge in property maintenance and renovation preferable with experience in management of luxurious residential site
  • Good communication skills & strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Able to work independently under pressure
  • Immediate available will be advantage
