• Degree in Architecture, Building Studies, Project Management, or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years' professional working experience;
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related software and applications;
• Good project management, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Well-organized and attentive to details;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Candidates with experience in land administration and planning application will have an advantage

Job Description:
• Oversee, supervise and manage building projects, property development, and improvement/maintenance works;
• Monitor project progress through on-site inspections and regular meetings;
• Work collaboratively with consultants and contractors to take forward projects;
• Manage and mentor staff to deliver the project vision to set budgets and timelines;
• Reviewing drawings and technical specification throughout all project phases
• Managing contract administration responsibilities from beginning to the end, preparing project budgets, schedules, reports and etc;
• Assist in processing town planning applications and development approvals.
