Property Manager – Residential Properties/Luxury/New Project in New Territories

 

Our client is a renowned Property Developer. They are looking for an experienced property manager for a new residential in New Territories.

 

Job Description :

  • Manage and oversee operational and business management in the properties don’t use double word
  • Handle approved budget, facilities maintenance coordination, cost containment, overseeing property management and customer services onsite
  • Establish standard procedures and control systems to ensure that they are strictly followed by all staff
  • Recruit for new staffs and establish the property management team for the assigned residential project so important?
  • Interact with key stakeholders like different leaders, Service Providers and Vendors to achieve set goals

 

Basic Requirement:

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Property / Housing / Estate Management or related disciplines
  • 5 years solid experience in property management
  • Candidate with direct experience serving residential properties will be an definitely advantage
  • Relevant Professional qualification in Housing Management such as MHKIH and MCIH is needed but not a must
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills; experienced in people management and new staffs hiring
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
