We are looking for a property management candidate to support the Deputy General Manager to further improve the existing standard operation procedure and implement the Facilities Management System more smoothly in both Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Client Details

My client is a reputable developer with strong footprint in Hong Kong's grade A commercial, retail and luxury residential development market.

Description

  • Facilitate the implementation of Facilities Management System (FMS) solutions for both China and Hong Kong portfolios
  • Conduct system training to the users in cope with the launch plan of new system initiatives for the sites
  • Initiate functional modules of FMS such as asset registry, work orders, tenant works management, defect list management, energy saving
  • Help the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change in order to support the future processes
  • Responsible for generating business process description and use cases which documents business needs, processes, rules and details
  • Review the process / system change requests
  • Facilitate on the establishment of key performance indicators, service level agreements, flow charts and SOPs to be formatted into the software
  • Facilitate tight communication and information flow amongst multiple stakeholders
  • Generate facilities management reports, assist in developing the energy management reporting
  • Explore and assist in application of BIM to manage the facilities asset of the Group

Profile

  • At least 8 years or more relevant experience in property or facilities management in sizeable organizations
  • Property management experience in Mainland is a must
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, report generation skills
  • Previous experience in managing FM systems and BIM systems
  • Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent in Putonghua will be a definite advantage
  • Travel to the Mainland is required
  • Knowledge of energy management will be a definite advantage.
