Responsibilities:

  • To assist in daily property operation
  • To handle clients' inquires
  • To monitor contractor work and organizing property activities
  • To perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

 

Requirements:

  • Holder of Degree / Diploma or above in property or facility management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 - 4 years' relevant experience in property management.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Well experienced in using computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
