Qualification

  • Holder of Diploma or Certificate in related discipline;
  • 2-years' working experience in property management;
  • Good command in both spoken and written Enghish and Chinese;
  • Outgoing character with good communication skills and willing to learn;
  • Well versed to Microsoft windows applications;
  • Less experience will be considered as ASSISTANT PROPERTY OFFICER.

 

Job Duties

  • To assist Property Manager in day-to-day operations, liaison, administration and handling documents;
  • To build up and maintain good relationship with clients;
  • To handle enquiries and complaints from tenants/owners;
  • To attend meetings of Incorporated Owners;
  • To monitor the performance of on-site staff and contractors;
