You are required to report to Manager and provide professional advice to the clients in the aspect of property management of the Firm's managed buildings. 

Your key accountabilities are:  

  • Assist building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to our clients and tenants including overseeing the property maintenance, security and cleaning services
  • Act as the company's representative to deal with the enquires of the clients and tenants
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:  

  • Diploma/Degree holder in real estate, building management or related discipline
  • Min. 3 years' relevant experience in property management company
  • Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances are advantages
  • Excellent client relationship management
  • Initiative and able to work independently
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
