Our client is now looking for high caliber candidates as follows
 
Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing daily operation of facilities management
  • Supervising 3 outsourced teams of Cleaning, Security and Maintenance and regularly reviewing their operation routines and emergency plans
  • Managing school events, covering venue booking, site setup, supplies arrangement, extra manpower deployment, coordination with external parties
  • Building quantified reports to tracking contractor performance and using them in negotiating annual contract renewals
  • Assisting in new campus project including additional cleaning and security manpower planning, supplies budgeting and procurement
  • Preparing testing cases and giving feedbacks before SAP and ESS go live, and conducting internal training for other departments on facility reservation and service orders
  • Processing service orders, purchase orders and facility bookings through ESS and/or SAP systems
  • Performing ad-hoc assignments as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Property, Facility, Housing, Estate Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 2 years or above relevant experience
  • Good MS Office skill
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
