The candidate is required to report to the supervising managers for all facilities and property management related issues;

  • Outdoor inspection for street hardware, furniture & installations and prepare relevant reports;
  • Oversee daily operation and management of projects such as Development of Kowloon City Themed Walking Trial and District Health Center, including repair and maintenance, cleaning and emergency cases handling;
  • Monitoring and supervising the performance of contractors, especially during typhoon and stormy seasons and work out contingency measures and arrangement;
  • Responsible for work request system, works procurement & contract administration;
  • Handle the enquires and complaints of the publics;
  • Liaisons with relevant government authorities, community organizations and political parties


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Building Management, Property Management, Building Services or related discipline;
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill;
  • Positive working attitude, initiative, responsible and able to work independently
  • Familiar with Microsoft office and Chinese word processing


Working Hour:
44 hours per week, working on weekend / public holiday may be required subject to operational needs
