The English Schools Foundation (ESF) is the largest English-medium international school organisation in Hong Kong. Our 22 schools and comprehensive programme of extra-curricular activities bring out the best in every student through a personalised approach to learning and by inspiring curious minds.

There are over 18,000 students from 75 different nationalities in ESF kindergartens, primary, secondary and all-through schools. About 70% of our students have parents who are permanent residents of Hong Kong.

Job Description
Peak School is looking for a PTA Administrator (Part-time, 23.4 hours per week). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a caring and supporting environment.

The role includes management/coordination of the school bus service, management of accounts and budgets and community liaison including supporting PTA events. Ideally, the position will start as soon as possible or at a time that is suitable for both parties.

Requirements

  • Good IT skills including Microsoft word, excel and google docs;
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to work independently or with a team;
  • Must be able to multitask owing to the nature of the job;
  • Must be fluent in English (oral and written).

 

Successful applicant must be available for PTA events throughout the year including the occasional evening event.

Applicants must be a permanent Hong Kong resident or possess a valid visa to work in Hong Kong.
