Purchasing Assistant
Job Responsibilities
- Assist and coordinate directly with international suppliers
- Issue purchase orders and invoices to relevant recipients
- Provide support in planning and monitoring of the supply-chain, as well as meeting delivery schedules
- Provide project coordination and administrative support to managers
Job Requirements
- High Diploma holder or above in related disciplines, preferably in fields of Business Administration/ Management
- Possess with 1-2 years working experience in Merchandising / Purchasing
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills with good attention to details
- High proficiency in computer skills such as MS Office Applications
- Fresh graduate candidate will also be considered
