Responsibilities:

  • Processing order management to ensure proper purchases at the best costs and maintaining the minimum inventory level;
  • Monitoring supplier delivery schedules, identifying if they are align with updated production plan;
  • Proposing new material sources, working with engineering departments to establish alternative materials;
  • Monitoring suppliers’ performance if they meet KPI, justifying existing and new suppliers’ information, performing supplier comparison and proposing optimal material choice;
  • liaising to resolve quality complaints in a timely manner and responding fast if any problem is noted from existing suppliers;
  • Assisting in subcontractor management;
  • Building good relationship with strategy partners to perform material production plan according to our forecast;
  • Keeping up-to-date and reporting timely of market news regarding any impact towards supply and costing.

Requirement : -

  • Diploma in relevant discipline or above;
  • At least 2 years relevant experience, preferable in electronic product field;
  • Proficiency in MS office;
  • SAP knowledge is advantageous;
  • Logical thinking, fast response, and proactive.
