  • Handle the administrative duties of QA Department such as travel plan & schedule, leave plan, invoice checking, and budget & expense management
  • Analyze the performance of vendors across the region; arrange and maintain QA technical evaluation database, and re-evaluation of suppliers
  • Prepare short form for Compliance Audits and follow up Factory corrective action plans for Vendors
  • Prepare reports and monitor non-conforming rates against targets for QA Team
  • Handle claims on defective products and follow up Third party inspection result
  • Maintain QA system and SOP for quality department
  • Assist in ad hoc projects when necessary


  • Form 5 or above
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role in apparel or textiles industry
  • Good organizational with sound analytical and problem solving skills
  • A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, detailed oriented with strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Well-versed with MS Office (Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
