Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate or above in Quality/Engineering or related discipline;
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in managerial level;
  • Experience in factory, trading firm or buying office for household and kitchen product is an advantage;
  • Good interpersonal, strong leadership and management skills;
  • Knowledge in quality management system;
  • Good trouble shooting & analytical skill;
  • Responsive, smart & loyalty;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
  • Willing to trave;
  • Station in Shenzhen Longgang area is preferred.
  • Ensure all relevant to product quality (Checklist, specification, QA report…etc);
  • Conduct continuous checks and audit, identify potential risk areas and apply corrective and preventive measures;
  • Refine and develop QA policies and procedures;
  • Provide technical advices and solutions on R&D projects;
  • Manage customers’ quality expectations and complaints;
  • Maintain full factory approval and audit on existing and potential factories align with firm regulations and policy;
  • Coordinate with factory for 3rd party audit and testing, review the effectiveness of factory CAP and solid evidences;
  • Lead and provide coaching to the team members.
