Responsibilities:

  • Mainly handle RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process internally and externally (supplier)
  • Maintain work-related data report, provide data analysis summary and monthly reports regularly
  • Track RMA process status and enforce persistent quality enhancement
  • Revise spare parts planning calculation based on updated actual item defect rate
  • Maintain ECN (Engineer Change Notification) and report
  • Assist in handling customers’ quality complaint investigation and internal RMA process.
  • Provide administrative supports to Quality Department

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above
  • Over 1 year work experience in engineering, testing or inspection fields is preferred
  • Experiences in report summary and data analysis in English is preferred
  • Proficient in computer data analysis, Knowledge of using Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Sound knowledge of international standards for electrical products will be an advantage
  • Ready to work in a warehouse environment
