European sourcing company focus in promotional, gift and premium items - servicing clients from FMCG, F&B, global brands, retailers, film studios & theme parks like Universal, Warner Bros, Fox, Sony etc – we are looking for a QUAILTY & COMPLIANCE MANAGER – with details as follows :
  • Degree holder in engineering, quality management or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years experiences in Electronics, Printing, Paper Products and/or Toys & Gifts/premum/promotional items
  • Familiar with Disney, Lego and NBCU factory compliance requirement and process
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • JOB SUMMARY : management of the Quality and Compliance Team operations. This role is responsible for QA, QC, Compliance, Testing, Inspections etc, also for working with collaborations with Procurement and global offices to monitoring and determining quality and compliance status with regards to global regulatory standards and other pertinent regulatory requirements. The incumbent ensures alignment with customer policies, procedures and contractual quality requirements.
  • Handle clients' compliance inquiries
  • Identify abnormal phenomenon and potential risk of suppliers based on audits reports/ assessment results.
  • Conduct factory assessments, shadow assessments, investigation where necessary
  • Cooperate with third party service providers for social compliance audits
  • Identify and follow up the implementation of corrective action plan with the importers where required
  • Manage a team of QCs to ensure product quality
  • Improve and maintain quality system and prepare the related documents
  • Lead the compliance function in Shenzhen office
  • Follow up vendors audits process and update Clients (Disney / NBCU / other main clients) corrective action correspondents
  • Manage compliance to meet the customer requirements and working closely with the vendors as per audit requirement
  • Conduct assessment of supplier factories to ensure compliance to the company/customer standards and ensure any non-compliances are closed in a timely manner
  • Provide regular review, report and audit on supplier factories and identify the non-compliance areas and potential risks
  • Formulate strategies, standards and procedures for compliance system and drive implementation to achieve the KPI
  • Oversee the logging of any compliance related complaints / issue and finding solution
  • As per client requirements visiting factories to do assessments
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 14 days
  • 13 months salary + performance
  • Office location : TST East
