Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Operation Manager; Manage, coach and develop a high performing quality team that meets objectives, and which delivers best practice results, strong added value and consistently excellent results.
  • Conduct 3C product testing (e.g. smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Drone etc.) 
  • Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems.
  • Coordinate and execute the testing strategy to meet with customers' requirements.
  • Communicate and liaise with external and internal to identify and resolve quality issues and barriers.
  • Provide related training for frontline staff.
  • Conduct and monitor department attendance and KPI system.
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or above in QA or related disciplines .
  • At least 3 years relevant experience preferably in 3C product testing or repair service with 1 year at supervision level is preferred. 
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese/Chinese/Putonghua.
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and Chinese word processing.
  • Strong in leadership, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal skills, communication skills, proactive, able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, independent and able to work in a team environment.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
