Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for designing, testing, documenting and analyzing our online platforms.
  • Validate that website/app performs to established guidelines
  • Write, review, revise and verify quality standards and test procedures for website/app design and product evaluation
  • Work closely with Developers to understand details of the Features, Functionalities, Changes that are required to be tested 
  • Extract necessary information by collaborating with necessary people in order to write & execute test cases
  • Understand the impact of the changes on any related or non-related areas to the change & prepare exhaustive test cases – functional, usability, regression, black box – depending on the change
  • Prepare and develop test strategies and test plans; & prioritize the test plans based on the severity / impact of the change
  • Identify related or non-related bugs and log them on PM Tool (like Jira) for developers to fix
  • Proactively look for bugs/issues on the website/application, collecting quantitative and actionable customer feedback through Customer Service
  • Execute the test cases manually, log the results & measure the quality of deliverable
  • Suggest changes during the test phase that are inline with the best practices and user experience
  • Assist team members in replicating & root cause identification of any bugs/issues on website

Job Requirements:

  • Over 2 years’ experience testing with Magento or major any other e-Commerce/CMS platforms like Salesforce, Shopify, Woocommerce, Wordpress, etc.
  • Jira, Asana, MS Excel skills are must. SQL skills will be a plus.
  • Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members from a diverse range of backgrounds
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Applicants with experience in Seleniun or other test automation solutions will be looked upon extremely favorably.
