Job Responsibilities:

  • To handle 3C product testing (e.g. smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Drone etc.) according to company standard;
  • Oversee the Quality Assurance team daily operations;
  • Plan, manage and implement ongoing quality improvement processes in the product delivery teams; Drive development based on honest feedback on performance and potential;
  • Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems;
  • Coach & mentor QA team members to success in their career and achieve team goals;
  • Provide appropriate training and necessary information about production process to frontline staff;
  • Communicate and liaise with external and internal to identify quality and efficiency issues and improve the whole process;
  • Conduct and monitor department attendance and KPI system;
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

 

 Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Quality Assurance or related disciplines;
  • At least 4 years’ relevant experience preferably in 3C product testing or repair service with 2 year at supervision level is preferred
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese/Chinese/Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Strong leadership skills with mature presence to ensure effective communication and partnership with junior staffs
  • Strong passion to being part of a team delivering high quality software. You belief in the agile values, self-motivated, focused, pro-active, and eager to learn and growth
  • Possess strong analytical skill, able to initiate and drive changes across all levels;
  • Self-motivated, responsible, independent and able to work in a team environment
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
