The successful candidate will assist the Department in administrating and managing company’s Integrated Management System. The primary responsibilities include:


  • Exercise document control over the Integrated Management System Documentation
  • Assist to conduct on-site inspections and quality training
  • Handle enquiries from both internal & external parties related to the quality matters of the company
  • Coordinate with external Certification Body on all certification matters of the company



  • Degree holder with 3 years relevant experience in property / facility management, quality management or related fields
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills, proactive, systematic and independent
  • Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 10002, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Offices and Chinese Input Methods
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Quality Management Officer
