Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, maintain and monitor the Quality Management System, Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System
  • Maintain and revise the Management System Manual when necessary
  • Act as the representative of the Company in all matters related to Quality Management
  • Conduct regular quality meeting and arrange quality training for relevant parties
  • Organize regular internal audit according to schedule
  • Organize Document Control, maintain audit records, and verify practices and training
  • Act as the Primary position holder of Document Control Center for quality assurance unit
  • Arrange and monitor the follow-up actions and ensure that corrective actions are taken properly
  • Handle and maintain records of technical and non-technical complaints
  • Handle and maintain records of feedback from clients or internal employees

Requirements/Qualification

  • Bachelor in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • 10 years working experience in the construction industry
  • At least 5 years hands-on experience in the Management System and procedure
  • Familiar with the ISO17025/ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001
  • Familiar with works’ instructions and operations
  • Self-motivated, confident, independent and responsible
  • Comfortable in liaison with clients and senior management
