  • We are looking for QUALITY MANAGER -  with details as follows :


THE JOB :
  • Supervise the QC team of 20 members to work closely with other departments, suppliers and customers to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Oversee, maintain and continuously improve the quality system and drive quality improvement programs
  • Lead QA/ AC team to handle trouble shooting & product improvement
  • Develop corrective and preventive action plans to enhance quality performance
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of QA/QC, provide guidance, implement, maintain and improvement as well as training
  • Organize and promote the implementation of the quality management system, implement and continuously improve,
  • Responsible for the formulation, modification, regular review and inspection of the implementation status of inspection standards
  • Participate in planning various quality management activities, such early involvement of product design process, quality training of internal staff
  • As an interface between overseas customers and suppliers for quality management and issue handling.
  • Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Over 5 years solid experience in QA, production or manufacturing environment
  • Familiar with ISO9000 quality management system; understand the operation of IATF16949 quality system; understand the product process flow; familiar with the tools and ways of quality management, such as FMEA, Fishbone analysis, 5 ways, Pareto analysis, DOE
  • Strong supervisory or managerial experience to lead QA/AC team to handle trouble shooting & product improvement
  • Good command of English and Mandarin; good interpersonal skills
  • Mainly work in Shenzhen office
  • 5 days work
