  • Main markets : Europe, France and South America
  • Key customers : retailers, hypermarkets and specialty stores
  • We are looking for QUALITY MANAGER - with details as follows :
  • Report to the European Operation Director of HK office
  • In charge of the quality for all product ranges (Outdoor / indoor furniture, camping items, BBQ)
  • Manage HK and China inspectors quality teams
  • Ensure quality of products/service given to customers
  • Conduct factory evaluation
  • Define audit plan of suppliers
  • Maintain all quality documents (suppliers evaluation, product references, quality requirement, product sheet, …)
  • Define products specs in order to comply with norms and regulations
  • Set and follow tests strategy/plan for all products according to product risk level, customers and norms
  • Evaluate quality performance through dashboard and relevant KPI
  • Provide support to merchandising team for any quality / technical issues
  • Follow testing with outsourced labs
  • Check and guarantee quality level of all productions
  • Check inspections reports and give shipment approval
  • Provide solution to any quality problems production may have
  • Ensure quality procedures are followed by suppliers
  • Participate on new product development (construction, tests, …) and give quality engineering support
  • Make summary of claims and discuss CAP with suppliers / customers
  • Good knowledge of quality procedures and methodology (ISO9001, …)
  • Knowledge of European standards and regulations
  • Proficient in English / Mandarin / Cantonese
  • Previous experience in furniture products is a plus
  • Computer skill (ERP, excel, word, powerpoint, …)
  • 5 days work
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
