We are hiring for a reputable Japanese Ramen Restaurant with stores in Japan and the US. To cope with business initiatives in Hong Kong, we are looking for Chef to ensure smooth production.

Job responsibilities:

  1. Strictly adhere to assigned recipes to prepare the dishes in timely and presentable manner
  2. Check freshness of food and ingredients and prepare the mis-en-place to ensure the ingredients are sufficient and available for the production
  3. Plan menus and ensure uniform serving sizes and quality of meals
  4. Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
  5. Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards



  1. At least 2 years of Ramen cooking experience, preferably in reputable Japanese restaurant
  2. Able to work independently and as a team
  3. Consistent awareness in the conformity to standard production procedures, recipes, food presentation and hygienic rules
  4. Efficient and organized even under pressure
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
