**Rare** Senior Project Manager - Retail Customer Journey, Top Tier Regional Bank

Your new role

  • Analyse and build different Customer Journeys to improve customer experience with the services within retail banking.
  • Re-examine the customer service, processes, promotion, products, sales contacts etc.
  • Establish guidelines and improvement programs to enhance customer experience.
  • Implement online and offline customer communication content, channels and frequency to enhance customer experience and the bank's image.
  • Review and engage in the design and implementation of the strategic planning of the projects, make sure the projects are executed on a customer focused basis.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or in a related field.
  • 10 Years + of working experience in the banking industry.
  • 5 Years + of working experience in customer journey or customer segment management.
  • Familiar with retail banking or financial products.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organising and management skills with creative mind.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager role.
