Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors and registration process, handle incoming calls and responding to general inquiries, and set up meeting facilities and systems.
  • Ensure the conference rooms, pantry and office facilities are kept clean and organized at all times.
  • Assist and coordinate company events and staff activities.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support for the company
  • Maintain office stationery and inventory, ordering supplies, etc
  • Responsible for conference room bookings, business travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and f&b for all departments.
  • Maintain general administrative documents and filing.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments

 

Requirements

  • With 1-2 years hands-on experience in reception/front desk, clerical or administrative work. Strong customer service experience would be ideal.
  • Good communication and listening skills with all levels of people in both oral and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; technical skills in general office facilities.
  

Remuneration

5-day work, Double Pay, Bonus, Medical and attractive remuneration package to the right person.
