1. Deliver high standard of customer service, greeting guests and handling enquiries in a courteous and professional manner

2. Ensure the office security and control access to office area by monitoring log book and issuing / retrieving visitor badges

3. Handle all incoming calls, greeting guests, courier and postal arrangements, ensure proper functioning of facility & equipment, stationery ordering, name cards and office supplies, etc.

4. Responsible for the employee attendance record and staff medical claims

5. Arrange conference room reservations and scheduling

6. Provide clerical and administrative support

7. Other jobs as instructed by superior


1. Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years relevant experience

2. Pleasant personality, patient, professional manner, well organized, detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility

3. Excellent telephone etiquette, service-oriented, good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels, internally and externally

4. Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua

5. Proficient in MS office include Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
