Responsibilities:

  • Provide reception support in daily operations such as greeting visitors in a professional and pleasant manner, answering phone calls, mailing and courier arrangements, conference room reservations, office equipment procurement and office maintenance etc
  • Set up the meeting rooms and prepare equipment according to the booking requirement
  • Provide clerical and administrative supports
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating Company events and activities
  • To perform ad hoc projects as required

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • At least 1 years’ experience in administration / reception support
  • Proficient in PC knowledge such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
  • Strong sense of responsibility, Independent, initiative & excellent communication skill
