Client Description

Our client is a sizable hedge fund manager based in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a high caliber candidate to join the team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional and polite manner
  • Coordinate conference rooms reservations and scheduling, arranging beverages and other facilities setting
  • Responsible for office administration function including facilities maintenance, stationery & pantry supplies and housekeeping
  • Coordinate the dispatch and distribution of local and overseas parcels/documents
  • Provide clerical and administrative support including going to banks, government departments
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by seniors

 

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

  • High diploma or degree holder with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Working experiences in global environment will definitely an advantage
  • MUST excellent command of spoken English and Mandarin
  • A fast learner, initiative with pleasant characters
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
