Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls for both staff and agents including but not limited to screening and diverting calls, taking phone messages and answering general enquiries
  • Greet and escort guest/visitors
  • Maintain booking of meeting rooms and tea services for guests
  • Maintain seating plans for all office floors
  • Assist in office administration tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • 2-3 years’ relevant experience preferable in multinational firms and wit exposure to financial / insurance industry
  • Customer orientated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
