  • Responsibilities

    • Handle reception duties including incoming call and general enquiries
    • Greet guest and visitors in a professional and polite manner
    • Arrange mailing,responsible for handling office administration duties
    • Provide clerical and administrative support
    • outdoor work required

     

    Requirements

    • F.5/F.6 or above
    • Polite, good telephone manner and strong communication skills
    • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
    • Self-motivated, pleasant and responsible
    • Proficiency in PC skills and Chinese word processing
    • Immediately available is preferred
