Responsibilities:
  • Perform general receptionist duties such as operation of telephone system, greeting visitors, booking for conference room, dealing with courier and mailing issues
  • Handle administrative duties, such as ordering for stationery, distilled water and printing matters
  • Provide clerical support to Administration Department, such as updating of telephone directory, data entry and filing
  • Handle travel arrangements such as hotel and train tickets reservation
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties per assigned

Requirements:
  • Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in receptionist, administration or customer services
  • Excellent telephone manner, pleasant, presentable, independent, honest and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and a good team player with a positive attitude
  • Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word-processing)
  • Good command of spoken and written Putonghua, English and Cantonese
  • High flexibility to meet new challenges and change
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
