Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties, manage the reception areaand answer calls in a professional manner
  • Perform data entry work and filing
  • Assist in project support
  • Support all-round office administration functions (e.g. equipment maintenance, office supplies ordering, assigning courier & post service etc)
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned


Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with 1 year relevant working experience
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese
  • Proficiency with MS Office and PC skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Responsible, reliable, cooperative and self-motivated
