Currently, we have Broad Certified Behavior Analyst on our team to oversee, direct, and tailor made programs to suit the strengths and deficits of different individuals. 

We are putting together a team who are passionate, dedicated and diligent, hoping to expand our services across different settings, such as centre base, home base, and school base therapy.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties, e.g. handling incoming calls / enquiries and greeting visitors
  • Screen and direct incoming calls to respective person
  • Handle general queries from customers
  • Provide administrative / clerical support to the company
  • Assists in ad hoc assignments as required
  • Assist with routine marketing tasks (e.g. website update,facebook update,etc.) and event coordination

Requirements:

  • DSE or above
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in reception duties or customer service is highly preferred
  • Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant, well-organized and mature, with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good knowledge of application software, e.g. MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels, internally and externally
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
