• Diploma or above with minimum 2 years of receptionist experience, preferred with stable working history
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in PC operation including Chinese Word processing
• Mature and responsible, good telephone manner with pleasant, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Initiative, well-organized, able to work under pressure and high sense of responsibility
• Immediate available is highly preferred

• Perform full reception function in a professional manner
• Provide administrative support to office staff such as arrange courier service, order of stationery,
coordinate use of conference rooms etc…
• Handle all incoming calls, incoming and outgoing mails, greet guests / visitors
• Prepare expenses claim and data entry
• Coordinate with property management office & service vendors
• Report to foreign boss (English Speaker)
• Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned
