• Form 5 or above with 1 - 2 year Receptionist / Customer Service / Administrative experience
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese; Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities:
• Perform full spectrum of reception function in a professional manner
• Handle enquiries and telephone calls, guest greeting and any daily receptionist duties
• Handle incoming and outgoing fax, mail and courier service
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Administrative Department including but not limited to handle stationery ordering, pantry supplies, stock keeping and payment arrangement, etc.
• Assist in coordinating and organizing ad hoc projects and company events
