Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above, Min. 2 years relevant working experience
  • Responsible for handling all matters in reception and providing general clerical support 
  • Experience in organizing company activities
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal, telephone manner and communication skills 
  • Conversant with Windows, Excel and Chinese Words Typing
  • Immediately available is a must
