Client Details

Our client is a US based textile technological company with almost 40 branches across the world. Their Hong Kong office is the APAC regional office which has been established for more than 15 years, located in Kowloon. They are looking for an energetic candidate to join and provide administrative support in assisting the office operation.

Description

The Admin Assistant will have the following responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including office supplies, equipment maintenance, record updates and report preparation
  • Handle travel and logistic arrangement
  • Perform receptionist duties including guest greeting, mailing and courier services conference room booking, etc.
  • Assist in event organisation
  • Other ad-hoc tasks designated by supervisor.

Profile

The effective Admin Assistant should have the following requirements

  • At least 1 year relevant experience
  • Cheerful with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Immediate available preferred.
