Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform reception duties including customer services, answering telephone calls, client greeting, courier delivery, mailing and meeting rooms reservation
  • Responsible for HR administration work including but not limited to attendance control, leave administration, interview arrangement, insurance claims and payroll handling
  • Provide full spectrum of office administrative support, such as document filing, storage, pantry & sundries management, order stationery and printing materials
  • Monitor all matters related to office premises and fixture, repair and maintenance of office equipment & facilities and arrange pest control & carpet cleaning
  • Coordinate of travel and hotel arrangement for internal & external parties, departmental expense claims and other company reports
  • Provide support to management, company events and activities and assist in ad hoc projects as required

Job Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above
  • At least 2 years of working experience in reception, office administration or customer service, preferable in fast growing companies
  • Optimistic, result-oriented, self-motivated with good communication skills
  • Strong PC skills in MS Office
  • Good commend of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
